WriteHybrid Review With Pricing and Plan Limits Checked
WriteHybrid charges $19 to $99 a month for 20,000 to 150,000 words. What each plan costs per 1,000 words, the bypass banner next to an FAQ that says no tool can guarantee it, and terms with no refund policy behind them.

WriteHybrid costs $19, $49 or $99 a month for 20,000, 60,000 or 150,000 words on its three paid plans, or $16, $41 and $83 a month billed annually. That is $0.55 to $0.95 per 1,000 words. A free account gets 500 words a month. Its terms say fees are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise, and the refund policy they point to returns a 404.
We read those figures on writehybrid.com on October 7, 2026, switching between the Monthly and Annual tabs, then read the terms, the cancellation policy and the FAQ behind them. WriteHybrid is a paid AI humanizer that also runs a large review section about other humanizers. This review is about what you pay and what you get, so you can decide before a card goes in. It is written by Undetected.ai, a competing humanizer, and every figure comes from WriteHybrid's own pages.
WriteHybrid pricing on every plan
| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | Words a month | Per 1,000 words |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| WriteHybrid free account | $0 | $0 | 500, after signup | Not a working allowance |
| WriteHybrid Starter | $19 | $16 a month (about $192 a year) | 20,000 | $0.95 monthly, $0.80 annual |
| WriteHybrid Pro | $49 | $41 a month (about $492 a year) | 60,000 | $0.82 monthly, $0.68 annual |
| WriteHybrid Agency | $99 | $83 a month (about $996 a year) | 150,000 | $0.66 monthly, $0.55 annual |
The ladder is straightforward. The $19 plan is "basic processing" with email support. The $49 plan steps up to priority processing and multiple rewrite tones. The $99 plan, labelled "Best Value", adds team access, dedicated support and custom tones. The annual tab is sold as "2 months free", which lines up with the figures: twelve payments of $16 is $192, close to ten months of $19. The FAQ adds that paid plans include API access and that agencies can ask for custom plans above 150,000 words.
One thing the plan cards never say is how many words you can paste in one go. The FAQ question "Is there a word limit per run?" gets the answer that paid plans "raise limits", with no number, and a suggestion to split long documents into sections. If your drafts run long, ask support for the figure before you pay.
Is WriteHybrid worth the price
On price per word it is in the middle of the paid field. At $0.80 per 1,000 words on annual Starter, WriteHybrid costs less than humanizers that sell 5,000 words for $10, and more than the cheapest annual plans we have priced. The plans are also generous on volume at the top: 150,000 words for $83 a month suits a small agency better than most rivals' capped plans.
Where it gets harder to judge is the marketing. The homepage hero promises text that "bypasses all AI detection tools", shows a "99.2% Bypass Rate" and a "Bypassed" badge next to detector names, and opens with "Rated Excellent 4.8/5 by 8,500+ Professionals". Further down the same page, the FAQ answers "Will WriteHybrid get my text past AI detectors?" with "No tool can guarantee that", and another answer says WriteHybrid does "not publish invented bypass-rate scorecards". Both statements sit on the same URL. We agree with the FAQ: detectors are retrained, disagree with each other and score the same text differently from week to week, so no humanizer can promise a result, ours included. Read the hero figures as advertising, not a measurement, because the page gives no source for the 99.2% or the 4.8 rating.
The review section is the other thing to keep in mind. WriteHybrid publishes reviews and comparisons of other humanizers, each ending with "an honest WriteHybrid verdict". That is a vendor reviewing its competitors, which is exactly what this page is too, so weigh both accordingly. Our best AI humanizer comparison puts the paid field on the same columns so you can check any one vendor's claims against the rest.
WriteHybrid refund and cancellation terms
Refunds are the weak point. The Terms of Service say subscription fees "are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law. See our Refund Policy for details." There is no such policy to read: writehybrid.com/refund-policy returned a 404 when we checked. For a US buyer that means no contractual refund at all, on a monthly or an annual plan, so the top plan billed annually is close to $1,000 committed on day one.
Cancelling is simple. The cancellation policy says you can cancel at any time from your account dashboard, keep premium features until the end of the billing period you paid for, and will not be charged again. Questions go to team@writehybrid.com.
The terms are thin in other ways too. They carry no date, no company name, no postal address and no governing law, and the Legal page holds a single sentence saying the services are "intended for a global audience". If something goes wrong with a charge, you have an email address and your card issuer. That is not unusual for a small software vendor, but it is worth knowing before you choose the annual tab.

If you only rewrite a few short pieces a month, WriteHybrid's $16 entry plan is the cheaper bill, and its tone modes on the two higher plans are a real advantage for marketers who switch between academic, casual and technical copy. If you rewrite more than 20,000 words a month, the sums change. Our Starter plan is $24 a month billed yearly for 100,000 words, about $0.24 per 1,000 words, which is five times the allowance on WriteHybrid's $19 plan for $8 more a month. Billed monthly, $49 buys 100,000 words with us against 60,000 on WriteHybrid's $49 plan at the same price. Each run takes up to 1,500 words, stated up front, so a full essay section or blog post goes in at once.
Agencies are the exception worth naming. WriteHybrid's top plan includes team access and custom tones for $83 a month billed annually, and if several writers share one account and you route each brief to whoever has capacity, a tool that can route each draft to the right writer pairs well with it. For a team that mainly needs volume, compare it with our AI humanizer for content teams, where our Pro plan is $99 a month for 300,000 words.
Who should buy WriteHybrid
Buy WriteHybrid if you want several rewrite tones, write under 20,000 words a month, or run a small agency that needs team seats on one plan. Start on the monthly tab, because with no refund policy you want to judge the output before committing a year. Skip it if a refund matters to you or if your drafts are long and you need a stated per-run limit before you pay.
If you mainly rewrite AI drafts at volume and want the cost per word and the run limit printed before you pay, try ours on a passage of your own first. Guests can run a short sample with no sign-up, and every plan is on the pricing page. For more vendors priced the same way, see our GPTinf humanizer review and the cheapest AI humanizer ranking.
WriteHybrid questions buyers ask
How much does WriteHybrid cost?
WriteHybrid costs $19 a month for 20,000 words, $49 for 60,000 and $99 for 150,000 on its three paid plans. Billed annually, the same plans are $16, $41 and $83 a month, sold as "2 months free". Per 1,000 words that is $0.55 to $0.95. Agencies needing more can ask for a custom plan.
Is WriteHybrid free?
Only in a small way. A free account gets 500 words a month after signup, with no credit card, and the homepage demo also allows 500 words. That covers a test paragraph or two, not ongoing work. Referrals earn extra words, according to the FAQ. Anything beyond that needs a paid plan from $16 a month billed annually.
Is WriteHybrid legit?
It is a real, working paid service with published prices, a cancellation policy and a support address, team@writehybrid.com. Two things call for caution: the homepage pairs a "99.2% Bypass Rate" banner with an FAQ saying no tool can guarantee a detector result, and the terms name no company, address or governing law.
Can I get a refund from WriteHybrid?
Usually not. The terms say subscription fees "are non-refundable unless required by law" and refer to a refund policy that returned a 404 when we checked on October 7, 2026. US buyers have no contractual refund window, so start on the monthly plan and cancel before the renewal if the output does not suit you.
How do I cancel WriteHybrid?
Cancel from your WriteHybrid account dashboard at any time, or email team@writehybrid.com. The cancellation policy says you keep premium features until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again. Cancelling does not refund the period you already paid for.
