GPTinf humanizer review with pricing, word caps and refund terms

GPTinf charges $9.99 to $59.99 a month, or half that billed yearly, for 5,000 words up to an uncapped plan. Refunds close 3 days after you pay. Here is what each plan costs per word and when it beats a dedicated humanizer.

That is more than 200 words, which is what a run without an account takes at once. Trim it, or it will stop at the limit on the next page.

The short answer

GPTinf sells three plans. Lite is $9.99 a month for 5,000 humanizer words, Pro is $24.99 for 25,000, and Unlimited is $59.99 with no word cap stated. Billed yearly, each costs half: $4.99, $12.49 and $29.99 a month, about $60, $150 and $360 paid up front. Every plan adds a paraphraser, grammar, plagiarism and AI detector checks. The free box shows only the beginning of a rewrite. Refunds cover the last payment if you ask within 3 days, and the terms, last updated in February 2023, put disputes in Ukrainian courts. For light users GPTinf is cheap; between 25,000 and 100,000 words a month a dedicated humanizer costs less per word.

Read on October 7, 2026 in a desktop browser on gptinf.com, with both the Monthly and Yearly tabs. A banner on the pricing page announced the "final days of the autumn season sale" ending that day, so recheck the yearly prices before you pay. Yearly totals are our arithmetic.

What GPTinf charges

GPTinf pricing on all three plans, monthly and yearly

Same three cards, two billing tabs. The yearly tab halves every price.

Lite

Monthly

$9.99

Yearly, per month

$4.99

  • 5,000 humanizer words a month
  • Files up to 5,000 words
  • About $59.88 a year paid up front
  • Per 1,000 words at full use: $2.00 monthly, $1.00 yearly

Pro

Most popular

Monthly

$24.99

Yearly, per month

$12.49

  • 25,000 humanizer words a month
  • Files up to 25,000 words
  • About $149.88 a year paid up front
  • Per 1,000 words at full use: $1.00 monthly, $0.50 yearly

Unlimited

Monthly

$59.99

Yearly, per month

$29.99

  • No cap stated humanizer words a month
  • Full files, no word cap
  • About $359.88 a year paid up front
  • Per 1,000 words at full use: Falls the more you use

The ladder is simple and the yearly discount is exactly 50% on every card: $9.99 to $4.99, $24.99 to $12.49, $59.99 to $29.99. Lite and Pro also carry paraphraser words (2,500 and 12,500 a month), and all three include unlimited plagiarism, grammar and AI detector checks, unlimited re-humanizing and every rewrite mode. Pro adds priority email support; Unlimited adds what GPTinf calls top-tier support and early access to new features.

Two details are easy to miss. First, the yearly tab shows a monthly figure, but you pay the year at once, so Pro on the yearly tab is about $149.88 on day one, not $12.49. Second, the pricing FAQ says "all plans are month-to-month", which does not square with a plan billed yearly. Read the checkout screen for the actual billing period before you enter a card. If you are working out which humanizers cost least per word across the whole field, our cheapest AI humanizer ranking puts GPTinf next to the rest.

Price per word

What 1,000 humanized words cost on each plan

Full use of each allowance. Unlimited is left out because it publishes no word figure to divide by.

Per word, GPTinf's small plans are expensive and its yearly Pro plan is fair. Lite billed monthly works out to $2.00 per 1,000 words, four times Pro on the yearly tab. Our Starter plan sits at $0.24 per 1,000 words billed yearly, about half of GPTinf Pro, but only if you actually use most of the 100,000 words. If you humanize one 1,500-word essay a week, you need about 6,000 words a month, and GPTinf Pro at $12.49 is the cheaper bill.

So the right comparison is your monthly volume, not the price per word on its own. The grid below does that sum for four typical writers.

Pick by volume

Which plan is cheapest for the words you actually rewrite

Billed yearly, cheapest option in each band. Where GPTinf wins, we say so.

Up to 5,000 words

A few emails, a cover letter, one short paper a month

Cheapest pick

GPTinf Lite

$4.99 a month

5,000 to 25,000 words

A weekly essay or two blog posts a week

Cheapest pick

GPTinf Pro

$12.49 a month

25,000 to 100,000 words

A writer or small team rewriting drafts most days

Cheapest pick

Undetected.ai Starter

$24 a month, vs $29.99 for GPTinf Unlimited

Above 100,000 words

Agencies and content teams at volume

Cheapest pick

GPTinf Unlimited

$29.99 a month, no word cap stated

Three of the four bands go to GPTinf, and that is the honest read. Our case is the middle of the market: someone rewriting between 25,000 and 100,000 words a month, who would otherwise jump from GPTinf Pro straight to the $29.99 Unlimited tier. In that band our Starter plan costs less and comes with a stated 1,500-word limit per run, so a full essay section or blog post goes in at once. Every rewrite also shows our AI-pattern score before and after, with the patterns it found named, so you can see what changed rather than trusting a single number.

If you write for clients, the AI humanizer for content teams page covers how the higher plans handle shared volume.

What the GPTinf pricing page promises and what its terms say

Quotes from gptinf.com/pricing on the left, from the Terms of Service on the right.

Pricing page

  • Ultra Humanization "guarantees bypassing all AI detectors, without exception."
  • "All plans are month-to-month. Cancel or switch tiers in two clicks."
  • "We'll keep your remaining word balance available until period-end."
  • "ChatGPT's #1 pick for human-like writing."

Terms of Service

  • The services are provided "as-is and as-available", with all warranties disclaimed.
  • Refund of the last payment only if requested "within 3 days from the date of payment".
  • Cancellation "will take effect at the end of the current paid term."
  • Ukrainian law, with the courts of Ukraine holding exclusive jurisdiction. Last updated February 21, 2023.

The gap that matters is between the guarantee and the refund window. The FAQ promises a pass on every detector without exception, while the terms disclaim any warranty and give you 3 days from payment to ask for money back. A guarantee you can only act on for 72 hours is worth little on a yearly plan. No humanizer can honestly promise a result on every checker, because detectors are retrained, disagree with each other and score the same text differently from week to week. Treat any score, ours included, as one reading.

The terms themselves deserve a look. They were last updated on February 21, 2023, before the current plans, the file humanizer and the Unlimited tier existed, and they name a sole proprietor registered in Lviv as the operator. A US buyer who wants to dispute a charge would, under section 19, be doing it under Ukrainian law. GPTinf's FAQ says payments run through Paddle, a payment provider, so the charge may appear on your statement under that name. None of this makes GPTinf a bad product; it does mean the 3-day window is the protection you actually have.

GPTinf is the better buy if you want a cheap all-in-one writing kit, or if you rewrite more than 100,000 words a month and want no cap. It is also cheaper at the bottom of the market, where most students sit. We are the better buy for a steady mid-volume writer who wants a stated per-run limit, a clear allowance and a before-and-after score on every rewrite. Our Starter plan is $49 monthly or $24 a month billed yearly for 100,000 words; Pro is $99 ($49 yearly) for 300,000 words, and Scale is $199 ($99 yearly) for 1,000,000. Questions people ask

GPTinf questions answered from its own pages

How much does GPTinf cost?

GPTinf costs $9.99, $24.99 or $59.99 a month on its Lite, Pro and Unlimited plans when billed monthly, or $4.99, $12.49 and $29.99 a month when billed yearly, which is about $60, $150 and $360 up front. Lite includes 5,000 humanizer words a month, Pro 25,000, and Unlimited states no word cap.

Is GPTinf free?

Partly. You can paste text and humanize it without signing up, but GPTinf's own FAQ says you only see the beginning of the humanized result, and "a plan unlocks the full output". To copy a whole rewritten essay you need a paid plan, which starts at $9.99 a month or $4.99 a month billed yearly.

Is GPTinf legit?

Yes, it is a real paid service with published prices, terms and a support address, support@gptinf.com. The terms name a sole proprietor registered in Lviv, Ukraine, were last updated on February 21, 2023, and put disputes under Ukrainian law and courts. Payments go through Paddle, a payment provider, according to GPTinf's FAQ.

Can you get a refund from GPTinf?

Only quickly. Section 6 of GPTinf's terms offers a refund of the last payment if you ask within 3 days of paying, by email or through the site, with a decision within 5 business days and the money back within 7 more. After day 3 the terms offer no refund, which matters most on a yearly plan paid up front.

How do I cancel my GPTinf subscription?

Log in and cancel from your account, or email support@gptinf.com. The terms say the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and the pricing FAQ says your remaining word balance stays available until then. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period unless you are inside the 3-day window.

Does GPTinf really guarantee a detector pass?

Its pricing FAQ says Ultra Humanization "guarantees bypassing all AI detectors, without exception", but its terms provide the service as-is and disclaim all warranties, and the refund window is 3 days. No humanizer can promise a result on every checker, since detectors change and disagree. Test the output on the checker that matters to you before relying on it.

Is GPTinf cheaper than Undetected.ai?

At low volume, yes. GPTinf Lite is $4.99 a month billed yearly for 5,000 words and Pro is $12.49 for 25,000, both below our Starter at $24 a month billed yearly. Per word, our Starter is cheaper: $0.24 per 1,000 words against $0.50 on GPTinf Pro. Above 100,000 words a month, GPTinf Unlimited is the better buy.

What is the best GPTinf alternative?

That depends on your monthly volume. Under 25,000 words, GPTinf itself is hard to beat on price. Between 25,000 and 100,000 words, our Starter costs less than GPTinf Unlimited and takes 1,500 words per run with an AI-pattern score before and after. For a broader suite with a detector and paraphraser, QuillBot Premium is another option.
