To cancel GPTinf, log in and cancel from your account, or email support@gptinf.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, so you keep what you paid for. A refund is possible only for the last payment and only if you ask within 3 days of paying. GPTinf then has 5 business days to decide and 7 days to pay.
Our GPTinf review with plan and word limits covers whether a tier fits your work. This guide handles the bill you already have. Undetected.ai is a competing AI humanizer, so read the comparison near the end with that in mind. Everything quoted about GPTinf comes from its own pricing page and Terms of Service as we read them on October 7, 2026.

How do I cancel my GPTinf subscription?
Sign in to GPTinf and cancel from your account, or write to support@gptinf.com from the address on the account. The terms say cancellation applies at the end of the current paid term, and the pricing page promises that plans are month to month with the remaining word balance kept until the period ends. Do it a few days before renewal, not on the renewal day.
- Sign in at gptinf.com with the email on your payment receipt.
- Open your account and find the subscription controls. The pricing page describes switching or canceling as two clicks.
- Confirm the cancellation and save a screenshot showing the end date.
- If you cannot find the control, email support@gptinf.com with the receipt, ask for written confirmation that renewal is off, and keep the reply.
Uninstalling a browser tab or ignoring the emails does not stop billing. Payments run through Paddle according to the GPTinf homepage, so the card statement may show Paddle rather than GPTinf. Match the amount and date to your receipt before assuming a charge is unknown.
Does GPTinf give refunds?
Yes, narrowly. Section 6 of the Terms of Service allows a refund of the last payment if you request it within 3 days of paying. GPTinf commits to a decision within 5 business days and to refund within 7 days. Earlier payments are not covered, and the terms offer no pro rata refund for time you did not use.
That window is short enough to miss on an annual plan. The yearly view of the pricing page shows lower per-month figures, but those are billed up front, so a missed 3 days means the whole year is committed. Our arithmetic from the displayed prices puts the yearly totals at $59.88 for Lite, $149.88 for Pro and $359.88 for Unlimited. The pricing page did not print those totals in the text we read, so confirm the figure at checkout.
How to ask so the request is on record
- Email support@gptinf.com from the account address on the day you decide, not on day 3.
- Put the payment date, amount and receipt number in the first line.
- Say plainly that you are requesting a refund of the last payment under section 6 of the Terms of Service.
- Do not run large jobs while you wait. The terms do not say usage voids the request, but a claim reads better when little was consumed.
What if GPTinf charged me after I canceled?
Compare the charge date with your cancellation record. If the charge came before the end of the term you canceled in, it was the renewal you already owed. If it came after the term ended, send GPTinf both documents and ask for a reversal. Contact your card issuer only if that fails, because the terms are governed by Ukrainian law with Ukrainian courts, which makes a direct legal route impractical for a small subscription.
Billing surprises are easier to catch when every renewal date sits somewhere you will see it. A recurring charge alert for your card is a cheap way to turn an unnoticed renewal into a reminder three days before it hits.
What GPTinf costs if you stay
GPTinf is the cheaper product at every tier, and that deserves saying plainly. Lite is the entry plan, Pro is marked most popular, and Unlimited removes the word cap on the humanizer. All plans include re-humanizing and detector checks.
| GPTinf plan | Billed yearly, per month | Month to month | Humanizer words | File size |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $4.99 | $9.99 | 5,000 | Up to 5,000 words |
| Pro | $12.49 | $24.99 | 25,000 | Up to 25,000 words |
| Unlimited | $29.99 | $59.99 | Unlimited | No cap stated |
One thing to weigh. The pricing page says Ultra Humanization "guarantees bypassing all AI detectors, without exception", while the terms provide the service as is and disclaim all warranties. A claim on the page is not a promise you can enforce, and no humanizer can promise how a third party detector will score your text. Plan on that gap when deciding whether a refund is worth chasing.
What you would pay Undetected.ai instead
Our plans use a monthly word allowance. These are the catalogue prices, with yearly figures expressed per month.
| Undetected.ai plan | Month to month | Per month billed yearly | Monthly allowance | Per 1,000 words billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 | $24 | 100,000 words across 300 runs a month | $0.24 |
| Pro | $99 | $49 | 300,000 words across 800 runs a month | $0.16 |
| Scale | $199 | $99 | 1,000,000 words across 2,000 runs a month | $0.10 |
Our payments are non-refundable except where the law requires, so the same discipline applies here as with GPTinf: decide before you pay. Run a passage of your own through the AI humanizer on our homepage, read the rewrite beside the original, and read our pricing and monthly word limits against your real workload. If you are comparing several tools, the best AI humanizer comparison lists prices and limits in one table. Leaving other services too? The StealthWriter refund and cancellation guide covers a separate set of rules, and none of GPTinf's terms apply there.
