Tenorshare Cancel Subscription and Refund Rules for AI Bypass

Most Tenorshare orders cancel through support, not a button. Which refund requests the 30-day guarantee accepts, why renewals are final, and the AI Math trial ticked at checkout.

That is more than 200 words, which is what a run without an account takes at once. Trim it, or it will stop at the limit on the next page.

No sign-up to see your result. 2 free runs a day, up to 200 words each.

To cancel Tenorshare AI Bypass, contact Tenorshare's support (its AI Online Support chat or the human team) with your order number before the renewal date; PayPal, Google Play and Apple orders can also be cancelled in those apps. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers duplicate or wrong purchases, renewals charged after a confirmed cancel and unfixable technical faults, not a change of mind. A renewal you did not cancel in time is not refunded.

We read Tenorshare's cancel page, its refund policy and its terms on October 8, 2026, together with the AI Bypass buy page. This guide is for someone who bought AI Bypass, wants out, and needs to know what they can still get back. It is written by Undetected.ai, a competing humanizer. We cannot cancel or refund anything for you; only Tenorshare can. Our full Tenorshare AI Bypass review covers the plans and prices in detail.

How do I cancel my Tenorshare AI Bypass subscription?

It depends on where you paid. Look at your confirmation email first: the order number tells you which route applies.

  1. Order number starting with T followed by digits (most website orders). Tenorshare's cancel page gives two options. Option A, which it recommends, is its AI Online Support chat on the Tenorshare website. Option B is writing to the human support team. Tenorshare says it answers within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on holidays, so do not leave this to the evening before the renewal.
  2. Paid with PayPal. You can ask support, or cancel the automatic payment yourself: log in to PayPal, open Settings, then Payments, then Manage preapproved payments, pick the merchant and click Cancel.
  3. Bought in the Tenorshare app from Google Play. Open Subscriptions in Google Play, choose Manage, then Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
  4. Bought through Apple. Settings, your name, Subscriptions, then Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel button, the subscription is already cancelled.

Whichever route you use, keep the confirmation. Tenorshare's refund policy only refunds a renewal charged after you cancelled if you can show the email in which Tenorshare or its payment platform confirmed the cancellation. A screenshot of the chat is better than nothing; the confirmation email is what the policy asks for.

Can I cancel in my account settings instead?

Tenorshare's terms, updated April 10, 2026, say you "may disable" automatic renewal "at any time through your account settings". Its help page for AI products says something narrower: subscriptions for most orders "can currently only be canceled by contacting customer service". Check your account page first, and if there is no switch, use the chat. Either way, cancelling stops the next charge only. The terms say a cancellation "will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle", so you keep access for the period you already paid.

How do I cancel the Tenorshare AI Math trial?

Many AI Bypass buyers do not realize they started a second subscription. On the buy page we read, every AI Bypass plan card carried a ticked box for a 7-day trial of Tenorshare AI Math, a homework solver, with the note "Try 7 days for free, then auto-renew at US$9.99/month." If you paid without unticking it, you have two subscriptions. Cancel the trial through the same support route within the 7 days and ask for written confirmation for both orders. The terms say a free trial is charged automatically when it ends unless you cancel before then.

Does Tenorshare give refunds?

Yes, but only in specific cases. The buy page advertises a "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee", and the refund policy says refunds are approved within that window "only under the Refundable Circumstances". Here is how the policy sorts the requests people actually make.

Your situationRefund under the policy? What to send
Bought the same plan twice within 48 hoursYes, one of the twoBoth order numbers
Bought the wrong productYes, after you buy the right one firstBoth order numbers
Cancelled, then still charged at renewalYesThe cancellation confirmation email
A technical fault support cannot fix, inside 30 daysYes, after troubleshootingScreenshots, logs, a remote session if asked
Changed your mindNoNothing; the policy excludes it
Found a better humanizer elsewhereNoExcluded as buying "a similar product from another company"
The output did not do what you expectedUsually noExcluded if the product works as described
Forgot to cancel before renewalNoExcluded, even if the reminder email went to spam
Card used without your permissionNot by TenorshareContact your card issuer

The row most humanizer buyers land on is the seventh. A rewrite that still scored as AI on some checker is, in the policy's words, not a refund ground if the product "faithfully executes the task according to the function description". You can argue it as a technical fault, but expect support to ask you to troubleshoot first. If support offers to swap you to another Tenorshare product instead, know that agreeing ends any refund claim; the policy says a refund request after an agreed swap "is not acceptable".

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in 2 to 4 working days, and the license is switched off.

Can I get a refund on a Tenorshare renewal?

Only if you had already cancelled and can prove it. Tenorshare's cancel page is blunt: "Due to system restrictions, the charged subscription fee is non-refundable." It adds that the payment platform emails you before a renewal, and that a missed or spam-filtered reminder is not a reason for a refund. If those notices tend to get lost across several addresses, it is worth having one place to read all your mailboxes together, because the reminder is the only warning you get.

That matters most on the yearly tab, where AI Bypass Basic, Pro and Unlimited renew at $95.88, $155.88 and $191.88. Put the renewal date in your calendar the day you buy, and cancel at least two working days before it so the support reply arrives in time.

Why does the charge not say Tenorshare?

The refund policy names MyCommerce (mycommerce.com) as the payment platform Tenorshare works with, so the line on your statement may show that name rather than Tenorshare. Before you dispute an unfamiliar charge with your bank, search your email for an order number starting with T. If the charge is genuinely unauthorized, the policy says Tenorshare cannot cancel a completed order and points you to your card issuer.

What about disputes and chargebacks?

The terms put disputes under Hong Kong law, before the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, which is not a practical route for a $15.99 monthly charge. For a US buyer, the realistic options are the refund cases in the table above or, for a charge you did not authorize, your card issuer. Ask Tenorshare first and keep every email; a chargeback opened without that trail is hard to win.

What to look for in the next humanizer

If you are leaving because of how cancelling and refunds work, check those terms before you check the price. Three questions settle most of it:

  • Can you cancel from your own account, or do you need to message support and wait?
  • Is anything added at checkout, such as a second trial that renews on its own?
  • Can you see the result before you pay, so a refund policy never becomes your only test?

Undetected.ai answers all three the same way: you cancel from your account at any time, nothing is added at checkout, and you can run a 300-word passage of your own and see our AI-pattern score before and after before paying anything. Be clear on the trade: our payments are non-refundable except where the law requires, which is why that free passage exists. Plans start at $24 a month billed yearly for 100,000 words, with 1,500 words per run. If price per word is what matters most, Tenorshare Unlimited is cheaper than us and the cheapest AI humanizer ranking shows where everyone else lands.
